Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist (French speaking)

With over 13 offices in Switzerland, Italy, France, Austria and Germany, we are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Recruiter - Sourcing Specialist to join the Swiss team, to be based in Lugano (HQ).
You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent across multiple industries by supporting the different Consultants across Switzerland.
You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, AI-driven tools, and digital platforms to build strong talent pipelines, while also contributing to the development of innovative recruitment technologies and supporting data management.
Responsibilities
* Independently manage sourcing projects, identifying and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, digital platforms, and advanced IT tools.
* Develop and optimize sourcing strategies by leveraging AI-driven solutions and emerging recruitment technologies.
* Contribute to the design, testing, and enhancement of new tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
* Ensure accurate data entry and effective candidate database management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Maintain and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with colleagues across our Swiss offices (Lugano, Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, Zurich) in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
* Continuously monitor trends in technology and recruitment to introduce innovative sourcing solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or sourcing.
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and digital sourcing platforms.
* Proven ability to work with AI tools, IT solutions, and recruitment technologies.
* Proficiency with MS Excel; strong affinity for data and analytics.
* Excellent communication skills in English and in French (C1 is a must).
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage projects independently.
