Job description: This is an initial contract running until March 2027 years with strong likelihood to extend on a long-term basis (up to max five years) based on the project road maps, with start date by February 2027. The DLP Engineer will work in an experienced and diverse Security Operations Team and be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and responding to DLP alerts, ensuring compliance with data protection policies, and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of DLP systems. The DLP Specialist will work closely with other teams to ensure data security operations are efficient and effective. Responsibilities include: Manage and maintain Palo Alto Enterprise DLP and Microsoft Purview systems. Monitor and respond to DLP alerts, investigate incidents, and mitigate risks. Configure, fine-tune, and optimize DLP policies to reduce false positives and improve rule accuracy. Perform system checks, troubleshooting, and ensures tool reliability and performance. Classify and protect sensitive data using Microsoft Purview. Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce DLP measures across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. Generate incident reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Continuously review and refine DLP rules to align with evolving business needs and data patterns. Stay updated on new features and best practices for DLP tools.
