Professional experience: at least 2 years full-time (work rate equivalent to 100% in Switzerland) in a specialised psychiatric institution
Professional experience in Switzerland: at least 1 year of practice under equivalent conditions
Listening and helping relationship skills
Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work
Ability to adapt to change, to work autonomously and to manage complex situations and acute crises
Driving licence essential
Your future tasks
Provide care and appropriate support to people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their relatives
Actively participate in a multidisciplinary way in the organisation and follow-up of the care project defined with the client
