Tasks / Responsibilities
* Service-oriented assistance for our international guests
* Implementation of quality standards at the bar
* Independent performance of all necessary duties at the bar
* Preparation of cocktails and drinks according to the menu and recipes
* Planning and execution of sales promotions
* Daily closing of guest checks, monthly inventories
Requirements
* Professional experience in a comparable position
* In-depth knowledge of beverages and mixology
* Good communication skills in English and/or in German
* Friendly and service-oriented personality
* Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
* Well-groomed appearance
