Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized recent Law graduate to join our Legal Department as an intern. This role offers you hands-on exposure to a range of legal tasks, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and support in managing the contract and supplier framework of the business.
At C.P. Company, You will have Responsibilities from day one, allowing You to gain hands-on experience in legal matters:
* You will manage supplier records and the supplier master data register (anagrafiche fornitori), ensuring proper handling of these topics.
* Contract portfolio management will be part of your agenda: you will assist with reviewing, organizing, and tracking contracts.
* You might be asked to perform legal research depending on the topic.
* You will oversee internal reports and dashboards (e.g., status of contracts, upcoming renewals, supplier compliance).
* Reviewing and analyzing legal and commercial documents (drafts, standard form contracts, amendments) will be part of your daily tasks.
* You will be the first point of contact for other departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Sales) to coordinate supplier and contract-related matters.
* Assisting in maintaining filing systems (electronic and/or paper) and ensuring data integrity will be part of your responsibilities.
* You will support the team with other legal tasks and related inquiries.
What You will bring to Us – Qualifications & Skills:
* You are a graduate in Law (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) or equivalent. A focus on corporate and commercial law could be beneficial.
* You speak English and Italian fluently; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
* You are a good communicator, both written and verbal.
* You enjoy being organized, and attention to detail is what drives you.
* You're keen to learn from a team but ready to work independently.
* You will handle confidential information and must ensure it is managed appropriately.
* You have used Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are eager to learn new tools and processes.
Preferred / Beneficial:
* Experience with contract lifecycle management or supplier onboarding is a plus.
* Interest or basic familiarity with commercial/contract law, data protection, or compliance.
