We are currently seeking a Client Administration Specialist on behalf of a prestigious private bank in Geneva.
About the Role :
Client Documentation & Administrative Support
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal, Compliance, and Private Banking departments.
* Manage client visits, including preparation, updates, and final documentation.
* Process client account information and ensure all data is delivered accurately and within deadlines.
* Handle documentation related to deceased clients, including account blocking and succession file preparation.
* Coordinate and monitor account closures, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.
Operational Coordination & Quality Assurance
* Oversee the proper execution of client transactional mailings handled by external providers, using relevant control reports.
* Act as the primary liaison for mass mailings between business units and IT departments.
* Maintain and organize the Swiss headquarters' archives.
* Ensure the highest standards of documentation quality and confidentiality across all activities.
Legal & Compliance Collaboration
* Support the Legal Department with account information requests and documentation reviews.
* Contribute to compliance checks in line with CDB20 and KYC/AML requirements.
* Participate in process improvements to optimize administrative efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Your Profile
* Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in banking or administration is an asset.
* Experience:
Initial experience in client documentation or banking administration required; knowledge of CDB20 is a plus.
* Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask effectively; client-service oriented; strong risk awareness.
* Languages:
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
* Personal Qualities:
Detail-oriented, adaptable, team player with strong analytical and communication skills, and solid organizational ability.
