Description
* Agenda and Meeting Management : manage the Executive's calendar and organize company's meetings (occuring with important stakeholders), including sending invitations, drafting, and distributing meeting minutes.
* Travel and Expense Administration and Budget Coordination : handle the full process of travel and expense claims : initiation, tracking, verification, and approval within the system, and manage budget.
* Human Resources Support : process contract renewals, manage HR workflows, and prepare hiring proposals and job descriptions for new employees.
* Mail Handling : collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Profile
* University degree in Business Administration or similar.
* 5 to 7 years of experience in Administrative and / or Executive support to management in international settings.
* Strong sense of accountability and effective communication skills.
* Ability to anticipate needs and propose practical solutions.
* Proficient in office software.
* Dynamic, proactive, and resourceful.
* Fluent in French and English (C2 or C1 minimum).
