We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You'll get to
build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
foster your investment expertise across all asset class's by supporting our Investment Advisors
collectively with an Investment Advisor consulting our clients along our house view
analyze current market trends and develop your own investment idea that aligns with the bank's views.
Your team
You'll be working in our Wealth Management team. We're responsible for advising wealthy high net worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs in Switzerland.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who
has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
is proficient in English and German
Start date September 1st, 2026
