Overview We are currently looking for a Client Advisor for our Boutique in St Moritz at DOLCE&GABBANA .
The Client Advisor will be the Brand ambassador and will provide excellent service to every customer.
Responsibilities Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
Embed and convey the company projects with passion through effective product knowledge.
Qualifications Fluency in Swiss-German and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
Relevant experience in luxury retail.
Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player.
