We are looking for a professional with fund controlling competencies, together with ability to implement tech solutions for a Private Equity firm.
About The Role
* Build and maintain advanced financial models and client reporting tools
* Enhance forecasting models to support cash‑flow planning
* Develop automation solutions using Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Platform) and other systems
* Improve data flows and integration between internal systems and external providers
* Oversee daily operations across multiple funds, including capital calls, distributions, and stakeholder communication
* Manage liquidity, cash movements, and credit facilities together with administrators and banking partners
* Prepare and review quarterly/annual financial statements and capital account statements
* Support valuation processes, update valuation models, and prepare materials for review committees
About The Candidate
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* Strong technical skills (Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL); experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
* Proven experience building complex financial models and automation solutions
* 2–4 years of experience in fund accounting, reporting, or operations, ideally with exposure to private equity
* Understanding of private equity fund structures and partnership accounting
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Clear communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues
* Fluency in English. German fluency preferred.
