In this role, you will combine deep change leadership, strategic advisory, and hands-on delivery to help organizations successfully embed AI technologies, data-driven ways of working, and intelligent automation into their core business.You will work closely with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and business teams to ensure that AI-driven change is sustainable, ethical, and delivers measurable business impact across people, processes, and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-scale AI transformation and adoption programs, from strategy to implementationDesign and execute AI-specific change management strategies, including stakeholder alignment, communications, training, and capability buildingAdvise executive stakeholders on AI readiness, digital maturity, target operating models, and AI roadmapsTranslate AI and data capabilities into clear business value cases and adoption strategiesGuide multidisciplinary teams across data, technology, and business functions to ensure successful AI integrationEstablish governance models for responsible, ethical, and compliant AI adoptionMeasure and optimize AI adoption, value realization, and behavioral change outcomesContribute to business development through thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship buildingWhat We OfferIndividual career pathAccess to countless trainings and certification offeringsA knowledge sharing cultureAn environment where you are actively contributing your ideasThe possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companiesRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseProven experience as AI change management consultant & advanced digital transformation initiatives and organizational development in complex organizationsStrong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, CCMP) applied to technology-driven changeAbility to influence and advise senior executives and cross-functional leadership teamsStrong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation) and their business implicationsExperience driving organizational adoption of data- and AI-driven ways of workingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSwiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permitFluency in English (written and spoken)Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceExperience with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-native AI services, and MLOps conceptsKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworksExperience with large-scale technology implementations (ERP, CRM, data platforms)Coaching or certification in change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP)Familiarity with AI governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI frameworksExperience working in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector)Additional language skills (e.g., French, German or Italian)
