The Hospital of Valais is looking for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner for the Hospital Center of Valais Romand at %Location Hospital Center of Valais Romand / SIONSector Rate - 100%Deadline Requirements Your mission: Advise management on human resources management Manage and develop HR processes, propose appropriate actions Support your services in managing and monitoring allocated budgets Supervise the HR assistants dedicated to your services Ensure the quality of services, evaluate their effectiveness, and propose continuous improvements Participate in HR process projects Your profile: Holder of a federal diploma in HR management or equivalent Successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar role Excellent knowledge of HR processes and labor law Strong sense of responsibility and great team spirit while initiating changes Proficiency in common tools Only complete applications that meet the profile will be processed.
