Your tasks:- Be the main point of contact for client technical requests- Manage planning and activity distribution based on task urgencies- Manage the X system and ensure data accuracy- Provide general support to field colleagues (support, various replacements)- Control and process supplier and client invoices- Carry out various orders via our X system for audits (documents for safety means, etc.)- Manage quality, reporting, and maintenance oversight- Draft offers and supervise projects- Propose, develop, and implement and supervise complete teams consisting of technicians and technical concierges (supervision, planning, recruitment, proper functioning of technical services (maintenance and preventive)- Organize calls for tenders and submissions of work, particularly in maintenance and upkeep of buildings and their surroundings- Ensure optimal management of subcontractors- Verify control and compliance with HSE standards issued by ISS or the client, and participate in their ongoing review- Participate in budget monitoring and tracking- Optimize workloads to maximize and monitor monthly maintenance activity- Replace immediate superiors and technicians in case of absence Your profile:- CFC as an electrician or equivalent title and good knowledge in the technical field of buildings and connection art. 15 OIBT- Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service or customer sector and a strong service orientation- Innate sense of management and strong team spirit- Good stress resistance and proficiency in French- Knowledge of German and English – a good command of standard tools (MS Office)- Driver's license At ISS Switzerland, we work every day to ensure that offices, airports, production sites, train stations, schools, and hospitals operate and are pleasant to live in.
