The Intern Trade Marketing Assets supports the Trade Marketing Specialist in logistical and administrative tasks and in the implementation of trade marketing assets such as printed materials, visual assets, gifts and special packaging. This role reports to the Project Manager Trade Marketing Assets.
Responsibilities
Support in project management, development, implementation and monitoring of printed materials (catalogues, CRM cards, stationery), visual watch assets, gifts and special packaging.
Handle supplier communication including briefing, coordinating and launching productions.
Manage order processing in collaboration with markets worldwide.
Coordinate logistics in collaboration with the internal logistics department.
Execute 360° SAP handling of trade marketing articles: article creation, maintenance, fact sheets and SharePoint documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business and/or Marketing.
Minimum two years of work experience and strong project management skills.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail, even in stressful situations.
Hands‑on mentality and service‑oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills in an international environment.
Full business proficiency in English.
