Our client is seeking a Packaging Data & Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist to strengthen their Product Technology & Engineering team in Aargau. In this role, you will manage and optimize packaging‑related master data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support efficient packaging operations across the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage packaging master data across enterprise data management systems
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout the packaging code lifecycle
* Support packaging compliance with legal, regulatory, and dangerous goods transportation requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Packaging Development, HSE, Quality, and Operations
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and cost efficiency
* Act as a subject‑matter expert for data‑driven packaging processes
* Lead or co‑lead packaging development and optimization projects
* Support strategic initiatives and mentor colleagues at a local level
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong skills in Data Management and documentation
* Understanding of Compliance & Regulatory frameworks, Cost Management, and Operational Excellence
* Foundational knowledge in areas such as: Data Science & Digitalization / Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) / Packaging Development & Innovation / Project Management & Quality
* English proficiency (C1) required; German is an advantage
