To strengthen our team at our site in Morges, we are looking for a Scientist (f/m).Profile:- Master's or PhD from a technical school, university, or equivalent in the field of science, energy, or related fields.- Good understanding of the energy sector and its challenges.- Excellent knowledge of key machine learning models and neural networks.- Experience with and deployment of Large Language Models (LLM) and AI tools.- Excellent skills in Python (especially libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).- Knowledge of SQL.- Experience with Snowflake, MLOps, and DevOps (especially Git) in technologies necessary for implementing APIs.- Sensitivity to the business needs of the energy sector, with a business value orientation.- Excellent listening skills and a strong feedback culture.- Confirmed agile mindset, backed by solid experience in a data science project throughout its lifecycle: understanding the business problem, identifying relevant data, analyzing and preparing data (pipelines), developing and implementing the prediction model, evaluating different versions of the model, and putting the model into production.- Participate in Business Intelligence (BI) projects by collaborating on engineering activities (data extraction).- Contribute to the evolution of our data science.Benefits:In this team, your work is flexible: you will operate in an environment conducive to sharing and collaboration, where you can manage your tasks autonomously.
