Assistant to the Mobility Service (50%) The Municipality of Lutry is announcing the position of: Assistant to the Mobility Service (50%) Within the Mobility Service, you contribute to the management and development of mobility and transport projects in the municipal territory. You participate in studies and development projects, ensure missions with numerous institutional and technical partners, and provide support for mobility. MISSIONS You contribute to the development and implementation of local mobility and transport projects, particularly in the context of municipal initiatives and projects. You get involved in projects and preliminary studies of road, urban developments, and public spaces, integrating the issues of soft mobility, motorized traffic, and accessibility. You ensure the management of marking, including design, implementation, and compliance control according to the current legal framework and standards. You contribute to the cross-cutting management of mobility and transport projects, in connection with municipal services, cantonal and federal authorities, as well as engineering firms. You participate in the management of projects (guidance, monitoring, drafting of specifications, compliance control), and support the management of mobility, notably through techniques for managing flows and safety. You contribute to the organization of events (construction sites), ensuring the management of flows and the safety of different modes of transport. You participate in awareness-raising actions related to mobility.YOUR PROFILE Holder of a Master’s degree in urban planning or engineering (civil engineering or territorial engineering) with a focus on mobility and experience confirmed in a design office in mobility/transport or in an equivalent service within a public institution. Solid knowledge of methodologies and processes for mobility studies and mastery of territorial phases, planning projects, and associated legal aspects. Knowledge of VSS standards, legal frameworks, and systematic processes of mobility and the ability to optimize transport chains. Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. Autonomy, capacity, and sense of responsibility. Knowledge of network management techniques and transport movements. Ease and service orientation, with the ability to interact harmoniously with varied stakeholders. STARTING DATE: June 1 or as soon as possible.
