Responsible for driving the implementation of new sales activities, acting as the liaison between the Relationship Managers in a market and the central Intermediaries colleagues, as well as the product and investment specialist teams. The Market Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Market, Group, and Team Heads in achieving the ambitious goals that the Intermediaries region has set for itself.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Client Management & Development
1. Implement globally applicable sales standards and best practices
2. Collaborate with Front leadership to set sales priorities, targets, and lead monthly sales meetings
3. Develop and execute market-specific sales plans to drive financial growth
4. Ensure effective client engagement through regular check-ins with Group and Team Heads, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and addressing challenges
5. Facilitate client reviews, account planning, and engagement strategies with Front leadership, Relationship Managers (RMs), and specialists
6. Leverage data analytics to identify upselling opportunities and inform sales decisions
7. Partner with internal Product Specialists to support RMs in driving business growth
8. Coach and develop RMs to achieve financial goals, providing training and guidance on new products and solutions
9. Manage ad-hoc tasks related to sales and client management
People Management
10. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across departments to drive initiatives
11. Design and deliver "on-the-job" sales training programs for Relationship Managers (RMs), aligned with the global sales standard
12. Engage with the Virtual Sales & Business Development community to facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to sales-related discussions

13. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organizational structure
15. Strong sales and conceptual skills, with a customer-centric approach
16. Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally
Professional and Technical Skills
17. Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in Intermediaries
18. Ability to implement target client offerings and pricing concepts
19. Master's degree or higher education preferred
20. At least 5 years' experience in the financial industry, ideally in Multi-Asset Class sales
21. Proficiency in modern banking applications, Microsoft Office, and trading tools like Bloomberg
