On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support a rapidly growing customer base. This role acts as a central coordination point for customer service and office operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
In this position, you will work closely with production, logistics, and cross-functional internal teams to proactively resolve issues and maintain clear, professional customer communication.
You will stay informed on product and market developments, support sales and management with reporting and documentation, and contribute to efficient office operations through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
* C1/C2 German speaker with a strong command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
* Proven experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage, and prior involvement in implementations is highly desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Previous experience managing international order processing and fulfillment within an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Background in the packaging industry is a plus
