As a Training Program Lead, you will:
Design, implement, and continuously improve a sustainable training program to develop high-performing teams. Facilitate a leadership transition from traditional command-and-control to facilitative coaching, emphasizing lean principles, continuous improvement, safety, quality, and employee engagement.
Your tasks
Training Program Design & Implementation:
* Develop and deliver training focused on creating semi-autonomous, self-sufficient teams
* Customize content based on team needs, skills, motivation, and departmental requirements
* Incorporate lean principles to foster continuous improvement culture
* Assess and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs
* Report progress and insights to senior management
Team Empowerment:
* Foster understanding of team dynamics and promote independence and ownership
* Develop motivation and engagement strategies
* Encourage practices aligned with TAT values (trust, accountability, teamwork)
Leadership Development:
* Design modules on coaching, facilitation, and empowerment
* Support leaders in transitioning management styles
* Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for leadership refinement
Your Profile
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and action-oriented
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Experience in coaching, leadership development, and adult learning principles
* Knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, and Agile methodologies
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or aviation environments is preferred
