employs innovation and creativity in problem‑solving. /li liCommunicates ideas clearly and concisely; listens actively and shares knowledge; handles conflict effectively. /li /ul h3Education Requirements /h3 ul liAn advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in technology, engineering, finance, economics, or a relevant field. /li liA first university degree in a relevant field combined with two additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree. /li liProject Management certification (e.g., Prince2, Agile, PMI) is required. /li liRelevant qualification in the application of AI technologies and processes is desired. /li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum seven years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. /li liDemonstrated experience delivering capacity‑building interventions across management information and project management systems. /li liDemonstrated experience establishing scalable program delivery processes and leading organisational change. /li liExperience with project‑management system expertise: data modelling, workflow design, API development, automations, user administration, and training. /li liExperience coaching managers and building delivery capability within matrixed, cross‑functional teams. /li liDesired: project‑management experience across diverse technical and non‑technical domains;
