A prestigious private bank in Geneva is seeking a Senior Manager – Operational Risk to join its leadership team. Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk, you will play a key role in strengthening the bank’s risk and control framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across the business
* Oversee the design and execution of testing of controls (TOCs)
* Act as a subject matter expert on operational risk best practices
* Partner with senior stakeholders within private banking operations
* Enhance internal governance and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations
Your Profile:
* 7–10 years of specialist experience in operational risk in private banking
* Deep knowledge of RCSAs and control testing methodologies
* Strong familiarity with the Geneva financial sector
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English; German and French highly desirable
