Responsibilities
Develop and implement new product features with a focus on frontend technologies
Ensure high-quality UI, performance, and responsiveness across devices
Collaborate asynchronously with a small, distributed team
Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design to deployment
Occasionally contribute to backend development as required
Maintain code quality and participate in code reviews
Stay current with best practices in frontend and full stack development
Contribute ideas to improve product functionality and user experience
Skills And Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience delivering production code in a full stack capacity
Advanced proficiency in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks and responsive design
Experience with backend development and integration
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in an async, remote environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience building AI-powered features is a plus
