JOB PURPOSE
An exciting opportunity exists for a world class General Manager to drive the onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations for our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Lead the entire onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations, including revenue/service outlets, guest facing operations;
• Deliver on the brand standards and procedures;
• Hands on leader who will inspire, guide and mentor the onboard team.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
• A minimum of 3-year experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager;
• Extensive experience with diverse Luxury/Premium hospitality;
• Finance and Administration experience;
• Previous experience in Start Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage;
• Previous experience onboard international cruise ships;
• Proficient in English. Any additional languages, particularly European languages is considered an advantage.

Possess a valid passport and seaman book.
