As the Summit Fund primarily targets later-stage/pre-IPO investments, while also investing in portfolio winners from our early-stage fund, we are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in sourcing, scaling, and exiting later-stage businesses, along with an extensive network within the VC ecosystem. Demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial mindset paired with outstanding network-building skills and a commitment to high performance, you will be responsible for guiding high-quality deal flow, performing due diligence, executing investment transactions, and managing portfolio companies to support their effective growth and exit.ResponsibilitiesInvestment Process: Manage all steps of the investment process, from deal sourcing, valuation, and due diligence to leading transactions and deal closing.Portfolio & Liquidity Management: The Summit Fund is an evergreen structure that continuously re-evaluates its portfolio composition and manages fund-level liquidity.Industry Network & Representation: Leverage and expand your network to identify promising investment themes and individual opportunities among early and growth-stage funds.
