Mission :
As a Junior Business Developer at Atracsys, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint in the Computer‑Assisted Surgery (CAS) and Robotic‑Assisted Surgery (RAS) markets. Leveraging omnichannel strategies and AI‑driven tools, you will identify, engage and convert new prospects for our cutting‑edge optical tracking systems, trusted by leading Healthcare OEMs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
* Prospect Hunting : Use AI‑powered analytics and omnichannel outreach (email, social media, webinars, events) to identify and qualify new business opportunities in CAS / RAS markets.
* Market Expansion : Drive penetration into new geographies and segments by understanding customer needs and positioning Atracsys solutions effectively.
* Lead Nurturing : Develop personalized engagement strategies to convert prospects into long‑term partners.
* CRM Excellence : Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, opportunities and interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaboration : Work closely with Senior Business Developer & Marketing to align messaging and campaigns with market trends.
* Performance Goals : Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
