Responsibilities
1. Lead the production and editing of videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
2. Capture high-quality images for various projects and events.
3. Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
4. Storyboard and create 3D animations using programs such as Blender.
5. Create visually appealing graphics and layouts using Adobe InDesign.
6. Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and magazines.
7. Oversee multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
8. Coach and mentor junior multimedia designers, providing feedback and support.
9. Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to develop multimedia content.
10. Contribute to the development of multimedia content strategies that align with company goals.
11. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects.
Profile
* Training and further education in multimedia, graphic design, photography, 3D animations, film production, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, photography, graphic design, and print media.
* Expert knowledge of videography, video post-production/editing, photography, and print media design & production, including tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
* Leadership skills and experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
* Strong creative qualities and ability to bring ideas to life.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Industry experience is an advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
