* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
Preferred qualifications:
* Track record of delivering cross-organization and cross-functional software engineering projects.
* Ability to navigate and grow in ambiguous, dynamic environments, combined with strong people management skills necessary to communicate clearly and influence cross-functional technical decision-making.
* Ability to structure, map, and execute large-scale initiatives that span multiple teams, Product Areas (PAs), and organizational boundaries.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
* Work independently across functions and levels to define and successfully deliver complex software engineering programs and projects for the YouTube Shopping domain.
* Reduce process friction and build efficiencies.
* Partner with Engineering and Product teams and encourage them to learn and adopt project delivery best practices.
* Manage dependencies and escalations. Drive visibility on progress and risks to leadership.
* Build strong internal and cross-product area partnerships, leveraging your credibility to unblock progress. Bring alignment across stakeholders that’s motivated by shared success.
