The Opportunity

The Role: Electrical Technician
You will play a key role in developing and testing innovative products. Your responsibilities include executing tests precisely, maintaining lab efficiency, and ensuring safety standards while supporting R&D engineers and scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute standardized and custom test procedures, analyze results, and document findings
* Maintain an organized lab environment, ensuring equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
* Follow and enforce laboratory safety regulations and best practices
* Collaborate with engineers and scientists to develop and optimize testing methodologies
* Identify irregular test results, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions
* Contribute to process improvements and standardization in the lab
* Keep detailed test records, generate reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Technical or vocational education in a relevant field (e.g., Electrician, Automation technician)
* Hands-on laboratory testing experience in an R&D or technical setting
* Proficiency with lab equipment (measurement, testing, and analytical tools)
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting test results
* Ability to maintain accurate records systematically
* Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus
