Your future responsibilities: You will participate in and monitor activities to ensure the continuity of operations, you will ensure communication between production teams, and you will contribute to the support and guidance of staff. You will supervise the proper functioning of operations and coordinate intervention activities. You will participate in the development and implementation of monitoring tools, and you will ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, particularly by maintaining a high level of safety and applying ISO standards. You will contribute to the updating of the integrated management systems and participate in internal audits, analyze performances, and identify continuous improvement areas, particularly regarding flow, inventory, and cost management. Profile: You hold a vocational diploma in mechanics and/or electrotechnics, ideally complemented by higher technical training. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. You possess good knowledge of ISO standards and management systems. You are fluent in French and have basic knowledge of German. You demonstrate good analytical skills and are results-oriented.
