* You independently manage your prospects and support them throughout the sales process, from lead qualification to conversion into clients, including advising.
* You assist and advise prospects during the evaluation phase, by phone or online, as well as in writing thanks to your expertise.
* You maintain contacts in our CRM system and prepare your monthly sales forecasts.
* You take on exciting challenges and participate in sales contests where you can win prizes such as vouchers or trips.
What we expect from you:
* You reside in Switzerland.
* You have completed an apprenticeship or training, preferably as a commercial employee.
* You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales – career changers to sales are welcome.
* You have sales in your blood and keep your goals in sight.
* You communicate easily with our Swiss German-speaking clientele and have a very good level of English.
* You are sociable, enthusiastic, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* You are customer-oriented, reliable, motivated, and have a good team spirit.
