Sr. Recruitment Consultant Life Sciences 100%
* Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, and other life sciences sectors
* Recruit specialists for companies in the aforementioned industries
* Nurture and expand existing client relationships, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Attend national and international client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations
* Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and participation in industry events
What we're looking for:
* Several years of professional experience in sales and/or recruiting, ideally within the personnel services industry
* A winning mentality with a strong drive to achieve outstanding results
* The ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic and high-performance environment
* Excellent networking skills and strong communication abilities, including proficiency in German
