Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a small developer team of 5–6 people in an international environment.
* Ensure the security and reliability of the application and play a key role in shaping the next generation of our technology platform.
* Team leadership responsibilities:
o Act as team leader following company policies and represent the company with professionalism and seniority.
o Train, supervise, assess performance, and provide feedback to the team.
o Advise strategically and technically, guiding the team through challenges.
o Distribute knowledge within and between teams and create an inspiring, trust‑based work environment.
o Introduce efficient management reporting and organisational planning.
* Software development responsibilities:
o Own projects/tasks, communicate project status to stakeholders.
o Contribute to architecture design, database structure, and code reviews.
o Remove obstacles hindering the development team.
o Iteratively renew platform features and evaluate new technologies for continuous innovation.
o Drive proactive innovations to improve coding and service standards.
o Promote consistent coding standards and best practices for maintainable code.
o Stay current on industry trends, security threats, and ensure risk mitigation.
o Lead software analysis, design, and implementation for both front‑end and back‑end components, including unit tests.

Qualifikationen
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience as a team leader.
* Experience with agile SDLC and Scrum methodology.
* Strong software architecture and practical programming experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* High integrity and business ethics.
