Your tasks * Perform repairs on die-casting tools and molds. * Conduct preventative maintenance on die-casting equipment. * Implement optimization measures for die-casting tools. * Assemble and disassemble mold inserts as needed. * Conduct on-site repairs and optimizations in the foundry environment. * Handle transportation of molds to and from foundries. * Load and unload molds from trucks safely and efficiently. * Other duties as required. Your profile * Strong focus on quality, responsibility, and safety. * Effective team player with the ability to work independently. * Willingness to pursue additional training and professional development. * Availability for shift work and readiness for overtime when needed. * Completion of a formal training program in a metalworking trade (e.g., Tool and Die Maker or equivalent). * Forklift certification. * Crane operation certification. * Proficiency in welding techniques, including TIG and electrode welding. * Capability to work in a shift-based environment. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment that require walking, standing, and moving within production and logistics areas.
