* Firewalls & Security: Design and configuration of Palo Alto firewalls; advanced troubleshooting expertise.
* Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, OCI – configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
* SD-WAN: Implementation and management of SD-WAN technologies.
* Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on with Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Network Analysis: In-depth analysis and advanced troubleshooting of complex network issues.
* Networking Equipment: Cisco NX-OS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE; HP ProCurve, Aruba, Ubiquiti.
* Wireless Solutions: Cisco Meraki deployment and management.
* Routing Protocols: Strong knowledge of BGP, MPLS, OSPF.
* Core Network Protocols: RADIUS, HTTP Proxy, DNS, DHCP, WLAN.
* VPN Technologies: Design, configuration, and support of VPN solutions.
* Frameworks: Familiar with ITIL/ITSM practices.
* Certifications: Cisco CCNP Routing & Switching; AWS Cloud certification (advantage).
