Database Administrator
A Swiss based company in the financial sector is searching for a DBA to strengthen their team.
What you’ll do
* Further develop the PostgreSQL database landscape.
* Migration from other database technologies to PostgreSQL.
* Support automation, performance analysis, scripting, monitoring and logging across the database stack.
What you bring
* Strong hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL administration.
* Solid skills in automation and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python, or similar).
* Very good German skills (spoken and written) and the ability to work with technical documentation in English.
Nice to have
* Experience with administration and migration of other relational databases (e.g. Oracle).
* Familiarity with configuration management / automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins).
