Our mission is simple: to ensure bhappy and healthy patients, successful clinicians, and passionate partners /b through the least invasive and clinically proven treatments. /p h3MISSION /h3 pAs bQuality Control Group Leader /b, you will lead the Quality Control team within the Quality department, ensuring the effective execution of product quality controls in compliance with EMS standards and regulatory requirements. /p pYou will play a key role in supporting product release, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring strong collaboration across departments and alignment with global quality objectives. /p h3TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h31. Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation (approx. 50%) /h3 ul liDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements governed primarily by Swiss law, including: supply agreements, loan agreements, research and collaboration agreements, speaker, consulting and service agreements, NDAs and related contractual documentation. /li liSupport internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle, from structuring to execution. /li liEnsure contractual risk assessment and consistency with Group standards. /li liContribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of contract templates. /li /ul h32. Legal Advice Business Support /h3 ul liProvide clear and practical legal advice to internal departments on a wide range of legal matters. /li liTranslate legal constraints into operationally workable solutions. /li /ul h33. Corporate Group Legal Support /h3 ul liSupport corporate housekeeping matters for the parent company and international affiliates, including: /li lisupport in the incorporation and structuring of new affiliates, /li licoordination of legal requests from affiliates worldwide. /li liLiaise with external legal advisors in foreign jurisdictions as required. /li liEnsure alignment and consistency of legal approaches within the Group. /li /ul h34. Employment Law Support /h3 ul liAdvise and support HR on employment law matters. /li liParticipate in the drafting, review and update of internal employment‑related policies and documentation. /li liAssist with employment law risk assessment in coordination with HR. /li /ul h35. Data Protection Compliance /h3 ul liSupport data protection matters in coordination with the Data Protection Officer. /li liAssist with contractual and operational data protection questions. /li liContribute to data‑protection‑related documentation and awareness. /li /ul h36. Litigation External Counsel Coordination /h3 ul liHandle Swiss law disputes and pre‑litigation matters. /li liCoordinate and instruct external legal counsel in Switzerland and abroad for contractual and litigation matters when required. /li liEnsure effective follow‑up and cost‑conscious management of external support. /li /ul h37. Transparency Obligations Compliance (Swiss Law) /h3 ul liLead the internal review of the Group’s transparency and due diligence obligations under Articles 964 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional compliance projects involving Legal, Purchasing and Quality, including the drafting of legal analyses and internal documentation. /li liSupport the implementation of ethical, transparency and due‑diligence requirements in supplier contracts and Group‑wide processes. /li /ul h3Profile Qualifications /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Law (Swiss law background strongly preferred). /li liKnowledge of European labor law is a strong asset. /li liRelevant professional experience in an in‑house legal role or comparable environment. /li liSolid experience in contract law and legal support to business functions. /li liKnowledge of European labor law is an asset. /li liSwiss bar admission (Brevet d’avocat suisse) is a strong asset. /li /ul h3Legal Expertise /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Swiss contract law and general commercial law. /li liExposure to employment law, corporate matters and cross‑border legal coordination is an asset. /li liStrong knowledge of Swiss contract law and general commercial law. /li liKnowledge of European legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in cross-border commercial matters, is a plus. /li liExposure to employment law, corporate matters and cross border legal coordination is an asset. /li liExcellent analytical and drafting skills. /li liAbility to work autonomously while being a strong team player. /li liPragmatic, business‑oriented mindset. /li liStrong sense of responsibility, discretion and confidentiality. /li liVery good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English and French (written and spoken). /li liGerman and/or additional languages are an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
