Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the permanent elimination of faults and errors in systems and equipment
2. Responsible for the professional execution of maintenance activities and maintenance work
3. Continuous optimization of production facilities
4. Maintaining the system documentation (instructions, circuit diagrams, etc.)
5. Carrying out training needs analyses and deriving a training plan for the team
Qualifications:
6. Completed training as an electrician (f/m/d) and completed further training as a master craftsman or technician (f/m/d)
7. Several years of professional experience as well as experience in personnel management and planning
8. Knowledge of systematic problem solving, machine safety and E-Plan
9. Written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
10. Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and CAD
