Overview
Join the dynamic team of product and platform developers and contribute to the continuous evolution of non‑life insurance systems.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and design technical and business processes, coordinate system integration with external systems, and define required interfaces.
* Translate business requirements (functional & non‑functional) into detailed specifications, including system and context boundaries.
* Break down requirements into smaller units and collaborate closely with software engineers to elaborate the implementation details.
* Ensure quality through reviews and test executions, including test concepts and acceptance criteria definition.
* Create clear documentation (UML, BPMN diagrams, etc.) that guides the entire development lifecycle.
* Support operations by handling user‑reported issues in an operational capacity.
Qualifications
* Experience in Requirements Engineering with solid knowledge of methods and tools.
* Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail.
* Passion for documentation and problem solving – ability to convert complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
* Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and service mindset – willingness to take on supportive duties for users.
* Fluency in German and English, or readiness to further develop language skills.
* Academic background in Computer Science or Software Engineering is an advantage.
