We seek a Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager to lead media spend optimization and growth strategies for our consumer-facing products. This role suits someone data-driven, technically skilled in performance marketing, and capable of executing results-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns, refining strategies to maximize ROI.
* Manage media spend efficiently for cost-effective conversions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, creative, operations) to align marketing with business goals.
* Analyze and report campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
* Utilize A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization techniques.
* Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and growth hacking.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
* Strong analytical and technical skills, experience with ad platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models.
* Proven ability to manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, X Ad Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
