Sales and E-commerce Executive – German and Italian Markets

This role is perfect for individuals with a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content creation. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our sales and e-commerce efforts in the German and Italian speaking markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing user acquisition and brand campaigns, as well as developing new business ideas. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is crucial to ensure alignment with our corporate strategy.
This position involves coordination with our international teams in Europe to synchronize efforts and grow both online and offline revenue. The successful candidate will be based in Lausanne, reporting to the E-commerce Director.
About the Role:
* Design and implement digital marketing campaigns in the German and Italian markets.
* Develop B2B relationships to enhance brand awareness.
* Work with internal teams to execute strategies across our ski rental websites.
* Manage external agencies and vendors.
* Grow and manage social media profiles.
* Report on KPIs for the target markets.
* Establish partnerships with potential online and offline business partners.
* Coordinate with shops in Austria, Switzerland, and Italy to improve website content.
Requirements:
* Native German speaker and proficient in French.
* Good English skills are a plus.
* Knowledge of the travel industry.
* 1-2 years' experience in digital or content marketing.
* Experience in SEO, including site performance, on-site optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, and link building.
* Understanding of content marketing and outreach strategies.
* Project coordination skills across teams.
* Ability to develop media plans and innovative ideas.
* Sales skills and social abilities to foster long-term relationships with shops.
