Manager Brand Engagement Deployment
Deployment Strategy & Planning

Translate strategic objectives into actionable offline activation plans, priorities and objectives.

Oversee Brand Engagement Deployment Strategy in alignment with broader business goals and market objectives to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Manage the execution of high‑impact brand engagement programs across multiple channels/touchpoints, including events, festivals, LAMP, HoReCaDi, brand retail, and brand collaborator programs.

Manage negotiations on project scope and budget with external partners, ensuring effective resource management and alignment with overall financial goals.

Guide, oversee and steer external agencies in alignment with brand concept teams to ensure that brand engagement projects are driven seamlessly and in alignment with the brand’s vision while granting field execution is clearly linked with brand strategy and project objectives.

Monitor the competitive environment and identify opportunities and upcoming trends.

Team Management

Build a high‑performing, motivated and resilient team culture with strong collaboration across functions and with partners.

Lead, coach and develop the Brand Engagement Team in Swiss German with full people management accountability.

Act as a role model for leadership, decision‑making and problem solving, setting clear objectives ensuring delivery excellence.

Onboard, lead, mentor, and encourage direct team of brand engagement supervisors, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Consumer Experience Activation & Deployment

Lead 360° activation plans from concept development.

Manage agencies and external partners to implement the deployment plans, incl. forces.

Manage deployment across all platforms and touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.

Oversee implementation and deployment of field activations (events, festivals) and HoReCaDi visibility enabling excellence in brand experience and execution quality to improve brand visibility, consumer experience and impact.

Drive continuous improvement to excel consumer experience and impact, ensuring activations strengthen brand equity and meaningful difference.

Build & maintain strategic relationships with national & regional partners (event & festival promoters, event & nightlife opinion leaders), collaborators (artists, designers, etc.) to drive innovative concept deployment & ensure executional excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in live & experiential marketing or commercial roles, including at least 3 years of proven leadership of a sizeable team.

Proven ability to develop and shape campaign plans, lead deployment and manage full execution cycles.

Strong analytical skills, business acumen and deep understanding of brands, consumers and market dynamics.

Strong & sustainable relationship to the nightlife & entertainment industry (event & festival promoters, DJs, club owners, artists, etc.) as well as with key customers.

Background in experiential marketing, i.e. festivals, events and brand partnerships.

Strong project & deployment management skills.

Full proficiency in English and German; French is an advantage.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Ability to structure, simplify and drive clarity in complex environments.

Resilience, hands‑on mindset and problem‑solving attitude.

Excellent communication skills across senior, peer and team levels in a matrix environment.

Capacity to influence and federate cross‑functional teams without direct reporting lines.

Fast learner with positive energy, curiosity and drive.
