About the Role
We are looking for an energetic storyteller to bring the Swijin brand to life across all customer touchpoints. You'll be part of a small, global, team where you will support how we show up in the world - from product storytelling to community engagement - ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Swijin's values.. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, creative problem-solving, turning ideas into action and is looking to grow with a young company.
What You'll Do
* Write and translate marketing copy for campaigns across email, website, and social media
* Support light design tasks such as resizing assets or updating copy (no advanced design background required)
* Assist with drafting press releases
* Create and maintain content for Swijin's social channels
* Build and manage a social calendar aligned with sales and marketing campaigns
* Coordinate event logistics with the broader team (travel, bookings, timelines)
* Help create and manage event budgets
* Attend and support events as part of the Swijin team
* Prepare event briefs and post-event recap reports
* Manage email campaigns and reporting using Klaviyo
* Manage our affiliate marketing platform and ambassadors
* Build positive relationships with athletes and partners, supporting their success
* Coordinate language translations (German, English, French)
* Work with the web team to implement content updates
* Monitor the site for errors or inconsistencies and flag issues
What We're Looking For

* Passionate about brand storytelling and community
* It is an extra plus if you have experience with Shopify, Klayvio, Google Workspace, and/or design tools like Adobe, InDesign or Figma.
* 2-4 years experience in Marketing or communications is a plus
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is helpful, but
we value transferable skills and real-world experience just as much

Working hours:
Working hours aligned to standard Swiss business times, however we do value flexibility and understand its importance. Due to campaigns and events, working hours may occasionally vary. Any additional hours are balanced fairly, in line with Swiss labor standards.
