* Salary: CHF 4500 gross per month
* Language:Fluency in French and/or English
* Children:Two children (2.5 years old and 5 months old)
* Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (09:00 - 19:00)
* Live-in/out: Live-in or out
* Main Duties:
* Provide full-time care for a 5-month-old and partial care for a 2.5-year-old
* Follow the family's gentle, structured routines, including nap schedules and feeding
* Support baby-led weaning and prepare simple, healthy meals with no added sugar or salt
* Create engaging, development-focused activities suitable for each child's age
* Maintain a calm, screen-free environment
* Communicate proactively with parents and support a smooth daily routine in the home

Requirements
* Swiss or EU Passport / Swiss Work Permit
* Experience caring for infants and toddlers
* Letters of recommendation or job certificates for verification
