Overview
Associate Wealth Planner & Relationship Manager, 80-100% (w/m/d) at Swiss Life Wealth Management AG. The role supports private finances and asset management with holistic advice aligned to client needs. Part of a startup within Swiss Life Group; join a team of experienced Financial Consultants to guide clients in all questions around private finances and wealth management.

Responsibilities
* Take responsibility at one of our locations (Bern, Basel, Luzern, Winterthur, St.Gallen, Rapperswil, Zug or Zürich) and contribute to driving our initiative forward.
* Provide comprehensive, objective advisory services; in collaboration with experienced advisors, develop complex wealth plans.
* Every day: capture the client’s situation, design and document outcomes on various topics, present results, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
* Create tailored investment concepts, financial planning, mortgage strategies, and tax-optimization concepts; you will be trained on and off the job to become a Wealth Planner.
* Upon successful completion, obtain the federally recognized Diploma (eidg. Dipl. Finanzplanerin/Finanzplaner) and assume independent client responsibility.
Qualifications
* University or Fachhochschule degree; interest in holistic wealth management with a long-term approach.
* Client-centric mindset; ability to place clients at the center of your actions.
* Looking for a challenge and ready to start.
* Positive, proactive, acquisition-minded personality; strong communication skills.
* German proficiency (written and spoken); English and/or another official Swiss language skills are a plus.
