Junior Marketing Manager windsor. (d/f/m)

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a committed, organised and creative personality who is keen to take on responsibility, drive things forward and work with us to create strong Windsor brand moments.

Focus on trade marketing & events : Planning and implementation of trade and partner events, support with in-store measures, POS activations, and creation and maintenance of trade marketing and visual merchandising materials

Social media & content: Support with managing social media channels and collaboration on content planning and production

PR & Communication: Supporting daily PR management, maintaining media contacts, organising and sending press samples, and assisting with PR events and editorial productions

Team & Project Support : Supporting cross-functional marketing projects, timing and budget tracking, and general administrative tasks in day-to-day business.

Your profile:

Degree in marketing, communications, media or comparable training

Initial professional experience (internships, working student positions or junior level) in marketing, ideally in the fashion/lifestyle industry

Confident use of social media, affinity for trends and enthusiasm for digital content

Strong organisational skills and enjoyment of hands-on implementation of events and projects

Creative flair for brand aesthetics, content and target group-oriented communication

Strong communication skills, reliable, team-oriented – and willing to contribute ideas and help shape a premium environment

Good written and spoken German and English skills
