Cybersecurity growth specialist

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth within our cybersecurity portfolio. This includes acquiring new customers, developing and maintaining our CRM system, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding processes.

* We are seeking a target-driven individual with proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector.
* This role requires excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities, as well as strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
* Able to build and maintain relationships, with openness to feedback and a willingness to learn.
* Familiarity with German and English (C1) is essential, with French being a plus.


Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategies for new customer acquisition and lead generation.
2. Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring timely response to RFPs/RFIs and successful customer onboarding.
3. Collaborate with presales consultants to develop comprehensive customer proposals and ensure accurate invoicing.
4. Stay up-to-date with products, services, and industry trends to inform business development decisions.
