Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to support our client during a critical transition phase.
This short-term role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to evolving needs.
Job Responsibilities:
* Office Operations & Administration:
o Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
o Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
o Coordinate facility maintenance and liaise with building management.
* Executive & Team Support:
o Provide administrative support to senior leadership and teams.
o Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements.
o Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes during the transition.
* Communication & Coordination:
o Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
o Support internal communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.
o Help coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
* Project & Transition Support:
o Assist with documentation and process updates related to the transition.
o Support change management initiatives and ensure continuity of operations.
o Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in international environments.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Temporary Mission Details:
