Senior HR Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR matters related to the Wealth Management population based in Geneva.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic HR topics, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees, providing advice, guidance, and support across all HR areas, including recruitment needs, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
3. Ensure the implementation of HR decisions and effective delivery of HR services in coordination with the teams of HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, etc.
4. Attract, develop, and retain top talent to support organizational goals
5. Anticipate and manage sensitive employee relations topics
6. Identify and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvements.
7. Manage annual HR processes (annual Compensation Process, Talent Cycle, Performance Management etc.).
8. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Profile :
9. Experienced HR professional with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR
10. Experience in the banking industry is mandatory.
11. Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field.
12. Strong working knowledge of Swiss employment law and employee relations
13. Practices, ability to handle sensitive cases with integrity and sound judgment.
14. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
15. Collaborative and team-orientated working style, resilient and capable of navigating complex environments.
16. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and address complex HR issues and develop Creative solutions to meet business needs.
17. Continuous learning mind-set, commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
18. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
