About the Company: ANAVIA specializes in the design, development & manufacturing of vertical takeoff & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, or Mapping & Cargo.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of ANAVIA’s UAV systems at client locations.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
* Provide comprehensive training to clients on operation and maintenance of UAV systems.
* Travel extensively, both locally and internationally, to support customers.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all field operations.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of service activities.
* Assist in the development of service and training manuals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
* Identify and suggest process improvements and collaborate with engineering to relay client feedback.
Qualifications:
* Completed higher education (e.g., ETH, HTL) in electronics, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance or field service representative role.
* Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electronic issues.
* High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
* Responsible, excellent communication, high social skills, and strong analytical and technical understanding.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for UAV and ERP knowledge.
* Solid computer skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding customer targets and positive feedback.
* Excellent active listening and probing skills.
